Still working on the levels and angles for the roof joins and the ridges but between times have played with whatever caught my fancy.
Been kidnapped by life for a few days, popping my head around the Potting Shed door from time to time to make sure everything was still there as it were.
Did manage to play or should I say hide in there occasionally.
In the sitting room
In the kitchen
In the boys’ bedroom
and the bathroom – which is where I’m supposed to be
but really ought to finish the tiling, make the shelves and do the doors and windows.
See you next week all being well 😉
A pool of time coming up
Should be able to stay paddling in it long enough to get to some miniaturing done this week but may have invested in some sort of ‘make you feel odd’ bug in the interim, so here’s hoping.
Picking up where left off
As the Canon Ixus I’ve been using has lost some of its abilities I’ve invested in a new camera. Working on the basis that, however new it is, it will get messy in the Potting Shed and, aiming to spend as little as was reasonable, I went for an up-dated version of what I’ve already had for about the last ten or twelve years. Of course the new model has gone all auto and working on the over-rides to get my own preferences for minis is going to take me some time, so please forgive the blurriness of my experimentation while I try to get the hang of it.
Aha! That sitting room
I’d been putting off all the fixing in place until the bits had come through the post, but today there were no excuses left. May fiddle around a little more but for the time being this is it.
On to bathroom and adding the bits it needs.
Something like this?
Well, not quite like this first photo.
More like this
Handbag to be made and everything to be fixed down with the missing milk and knife added too. Still waiting on the odd bit for the bureau and must do the photos for the bookshelves. Oh, and find the charcoal for the coal bucket.
Must dash – have a good weekend 😉
