Oooops!

Standard

Apologies for absence but have been having somewhat of an adventure this last week.

Back a Wednesday ago I had a heart attack and having been whipped in, moved around and generally shaken about a bit, have now got a stent in place.

Home and wobbly in the legs from lack of use, I’m fine and dandy the only problem is getting my body to accept some of the drugs that have to be taken.

Was let out yesterday and came home last night with one pill in my ‘goodie bag’ that I’d not been given before, took it as instructed, went to bed and, well, two and a half hours later, my body totally rejected the pill’s process and let me know in no uncertain terms 🙂

Will most certainly report back once things begin to make a little more sense round here.

Look after yourselves

  3. I’m so sorry for you. Please take care of yourself. My husband had a stent put in after an MI, and everything is fine now.

    • It’s all OK and so far I’ve been lucky all round. They came up with a solution, saw to it quickly and, although I’m v tired and can’t stop trying to do things, I feel good. Many thanks for your kind thoughts and have a good Christmas and New Year 🙂

  4. Oh my! I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve had a rough time. It must have been rather frightening. I was concerned that you’ve been noticeably absent but put it down to the time of year. Please take care.
