Bread maker and no electricity

It’s a gardening day but am pushing on with Hogepotche when can.  Here’s the woman at the bread making board, still requiring shoes.  Perhaps she prefers to feel the floor with her feet when she’s getting ‘stuck in’ with the bread dough.

There was trouble with the skirt or more specifically with the glue.  Using the same as usual on a few of the fabric edges, never previously having problems, this time there was a hit and miss staining on her pale rhubarb coloured skirt.  Of course it was clean at the front, which can’t be viewed when she’s at the table, and bad at the back which is open to view.  I didn’t spot it until the bodice was in place.  Really didn’t fancy taking everything apart to start again. The best answer I could come up with was to put a further skirt layer on and then kilt it up so we get the layered look (showing a lighter skirt against that dark flooring) whilst managing to cover up the glue blobbies at the back.

Garden here I come 😉
